Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit (or full payment) is required to secure your booking. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice; failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of payment. 2. Revision Policy: The service fee includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional changes requested beyond this scope will be billed at the standard hourly rate. 3. Artistic Release & Refund Policy: By booking this service, you acknowledge that audio production is an artistic process with subjective results. While Myan Productions LLC adheres to professional industry standards, dissatisfaction with the subjective artistic direction of the final product is not grounds for a refund or legal action. Refunds are only issued for technical failure to deliver files. 4. Liability: Myan Productions LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the final audio files. You retain full legal responsibility for copyright clearance of any samples or materials you provide.
